How Reseller Express handles your account, your photos and your data.

Your account
Reseller Express uses your existing ALGPT account. Your products, photos and listings are tied to that account and are not visible to other users.
Product photographs
Photos you upload are used to identify your item, assist inspection, and prepare a listing. They are stored privately and are not published as-is, sold, or shared with third parties.
Private storage
Photos and product data are kept in private, access-controlled storage. Files exported as CSV never include your private photos.
AI processing
Photos and answers may be processed by AI models to suggest an item's identity and help structure your listing. Suggestions are always subject to your review before being used.
Seller confirmations
When you confirm an item's identity or condition, that confirmation is recorded against your product so the listing reflects what you actually verified — not just an automated guess.
Marketplace connections (OAuth)
If you connect a marketplace account (such as eBay), that connection uses the marketplace's own authorization flow. Reseller Express stores only what's needed to operate the connection you approved, and you can disconnect it at any time.
CSV exports
CSV exports contain only the listing information needed for the marketplace format you choose. Private photo files and internal identifiers are never included in an export.
Audit records
Key actions (such as approving a listing or connecting a marketplace) are recorded internally for accountability and troubleshooting.
Security
Access to your data is restricted to your account and to the systems that operate Reseller Express on your behalf.
Data retention
A final retention policy is still pending legal review. Until then, data is kept for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your product data and photos through ALGPT support.
Essential cookies
This site uses only essential cookies, such as your language preference. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers
Reseller Express relies on ALGPT's existing infrastructure providers to operate securely. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
