Export your approved listing as a marketplace-neutral CSV you can adapt for other tools.

Requirements

• At least one approved listing (see Tutorial 3)

This guide can be completed using the written steps. Additional illustrations are being prepared.

Steps

1. Open the export screen. From your dashboard, open the CSV export screen for your approved listing(s).
   
2. Choose Generic CSV format. Select the universal export option instead of the eBay-specific one.
   
3. Validate and download. Run validation, then download the CSV file.
   

Expected result

You have a marketplace-neutral CSV file you can adapt for other marketplaces or spreadsheet tools.

Common errors

• This format is intentionally generic — some marketplace-specific fields may need manual adjustment afterward.

Privacy

The exported file contains only listing fields you approved — no private photos or internal identifiers.
