Export your approved listing as a CSV formatted for eBay's Seller Hub Reports upload flow.

Requirements

• At least one approved listing (see Tutorial 3)

This guide can be completed using the written steps. Additional illustrations are being prepared.

Steps

1. Open the export screen. From your dashboard, open the CSV export screen for your approved listing(s).
   
2. Choose eBay CSV format. Select the eBay-formatted export option.
   
3. Set seller details. Choose your seller country, ship-from location, currency and marketplace.
   
4. Validate and download. Run validation to catch any blockers, then download the CSV file.
   

Expected result

You have a CSV file ready to review and upload yourself through eBay's Seller Hub Reports tool.

Common errors

• Validation blockers must be resolved before downloading — read the specific message shown.
• The file never includes your private photos.

Privacy

The exported file contains only listing fields you approved — no private photos or internal identifiers.
