Where to Find Orders From Your Real eBay Listings
An empty Orders screen in Reseller Express doesn't mean you have no real orders — here's where your CSV-uploaded listings actually get sold and tracked.

What the Orders screen actually shows
The Orders screen in Reseller Express reflects the eBay connection your account currently supports, which today is an eBay Sandbox connection — a private testing copy of eBay. It shows sales that happened through that specific connection and synced back. It does not reach into your real eBay seller account at all, so it has no way to show sales from listings you uploaded there.
For most sellers, whose real path to a sale is exporting a CSV and uploading it directly to their own eBay account, that upload happens entirely outside Reseller Express. A real order from that listing will never appear on this screen — not eventually, not after waiting, not once anything "syncs." An empty Orders screen here is not evidence that you have no real orders; it only means nothing has happened on the Sandbox connection specifically.
Where your real orders actually are
If you sold something through a listing you uploaded via CSV, that order exists on eBay, on your own account — check it in eBay Seller Hub, the order management area eBay itself provides to every seller. That's the authoritative place for anything happening on your real eBay account: new orders, buyer messages, shipping, and payouts.
When the Reseller Express Orders screen is the right place to look
- Only if your account has Sandbox preview access and you published directly through that preview — in that case, a test sale on Sandbox can show up here.
- Never for a listing you exported as a CSV and uploaded yourself. That listing lives entirely on your own eBay account, and so do any orders it generates.
What an empty Orders screen does not mean
- It doesn't mean your CSV listing failed to upload. Check that directly on eBay (see the guide on confirming your listing is live) — that's a separate confirmation from this screen.
- It doesn't mean you have zero real sales. It only reflects the Sandbox connection, not your real eBay account.
- It doesn't mean something is wrong with your Reseller Express account or setup.
What to do next
For anything about a real sale, order, buyer, or payout, go directly to eBay Seller Hub on your own eBay account — don't rely on this screen for that. Only check back here if your account has Sandbox preview access and you're specifically testing the direct-publish flow.
