Downloading a CSV formatted for eBay Seller Hub Reports.

What it is

The eBay CSV export produces a file formatted for eBay's Seller Hub Reports upload flow, built from your approved listings. You review and upload it yourself through eBay's own tools — Reseller Express does not upload it on your behalf via this export.

Requirements

• Your listing must be approved (see Listing review).
• You'll typically choose your seller country, ship-from location, currency and marketplace before exporting.

What's included — and what isn't

The export includes the listing information needed for eBay's format: title, description, condition, price, category and item specifics. It never includes your private product photos or any internal identifiers.

After downloading

Open the file with eBay's Seller Hub Reports upload tool (or any standard spreadsheet/CSV application) to review it before uploading to eBay.
