Common errors, and how to get support.

Common errors

  • "Missing required field" when approving a listing — check the readiness indicator on the listing review screen; it lists exactly what's missing (often price, or a required item specific).
  • A question can't be skipped — some questions are required for your item's category and must be answered, not skipped.
  • eBay connection shows as unavailable — this usually means the connection is still pending approval on eBay's side — see eBay connection.
  • CSV export button is disabled — your listing must be approved first — see Listing review.
