Listing review
Reviewing and approving your listing before anything is exported or published.
What's in a listing draft
After inspection, Reseller Express prepares a listing draft: a title, description, condition, and (once you set it) a price. Some fields are suggested based on your photos and answers — but the price is always something you set yourself.
How to review
- Read the title and description carefully — correct anything that doesn't match your item.
- Confirm the condition matches what you documented during inspection.
- Set a price and currency.
- Check the readiness indicator — it tells you whether any required field is still missing before you can approve.
Approving
Approving a listing means you've reviewed it and it's ready to export or publish. Nothing is exported as CSV or published to a marketplace before this step. If you later want to make a change, you can revise the draft — a new version is created and the previous one is kept for reference.
Next steps
Once approved, export your listing as eBay CSV or Generic CSV, or publish it through a connected marketplace — see eBay connection.
